She sent out a short contract with a retainer fee then a questionnaire and it had very specific questions but she actually utilized it! (Asked our fam favs - Music: the Lumineers - so she had their album on playing while she started shooting! She asked names and ages so she knew us all by name and had already decided the poses and action shots she was planning!)
