Guest Agreement, Waiver of Liability & Terms of Participation
The Fine Print
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in a hands-on crafting experience involving tools, glassware, florals, and adhesives. You accept full responsibility for your participation and release Wildflower Social, Photos by Wolves LLC, its team, and venue partners from any liability for injury, loss, or damages.
Alcohol Policy (21+)
Alcohol is served exclusively by the venue. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm you are 21 years of age or older and agree to drink responsibly. The venue reserves the right to refuse service to any guest at its discretion. Wildflower Social and Photos by Wolves LLC are not responsible for any alcohol-related incidents, injuries, or damages.
Food & Allergies
All food and beverage services are provided by the venue. You are responsible for communicating any allergies or dietary restrictions directly to venue staff. Wildflower Social and Photos by Wolves LLC are not liable for any allergic reactions or food-related issues.
Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to attend. In the event that Wildflower Social cancels the event, you will be offered either a refund or event credit.
Media Release
By attending, you grant Wildflower Social and Photos by Wolves LLC the irrevocable right to capture and use your image, likeness, and creative work in photography, video, and other media for editorial, marketing, and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, you must notify a team member upon arrival.
Guest Conduct
All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow attendees, staff, and venue partners, and to follow all event instructions and venue policies. Wildflower Social and Photos by Wolves LLC reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
